THE 2019 BEST OF BOTH PODIUM JERSEYS
THE 2019 KING AND QUEEN OF THE MOUNTAINS CONTESTS.
The fastest combined times over two individual segments crowns our 2019 King and Queen of the Mountains.
We offer an opportunity for male and female riders to compete for our King and Queen of the Mountains jerseys over two individually timed segments. This is a contest within the main race that is wide open for those who may want to save their legs and focus on taking home our awesome, custom, Rapha podium jerseys.
The road segment begins (and will he clearly signed) on the climb out of Devils Lake at around mile 49.5 before summiting at Sunrise lodge - the highest paved surface on Mount Bachelor (6,500 feet) - around 4 miles later. But it’s not gonna cut it to simply be fast and consistent on the road climb because our dirt segment, a roughly 10 mile passage of diverse, predominantly downhill singletrack - including sections of tiddlywinks, Kiwa butte, Tyler’s Traverse, and Catch & Release - is also chip recorded and added to your road segment effort to create an overall time. Two skill sets aimed at mixing it up. Fast uphill and rapid downhill? On Road, and dirt? As we say, who’s the best of both?
THE SOLO CHAMPIONS JERSEYS
This contest is nice and simple. The fastest Male and Female riders in our solo race become our solo champions for 2019 and take the jerseys at the podium.
THE 2019 BEST OF BOTH TEAM RELAY CHAMPIONS
The fastest team of 2 in our relay race, one rider on the road and one rider on the trails, take home the Team Relay Dream Team Champions Jerseys in 2019. Both riders receive a matching jersey.
